Anyway, here's a rundown of a few lunches I've had over the last few weeks:
This is what happens when I don't have time to pack a lunch the night before: I run out the door with a packet of oatmeal and a few clementines. Delicious, but definitely not filling!
- Avocado, cherry tomatoes, green onions, sliced almonds, apple, olive oil, and lemon with a boiled egg.
- Zaatar, goat cheese, olives and crackers.
- Raspberries, apple and peanut butter.
- Mjadara (red lentils with bulgur), green onions, grape tomatoes.
- Peanut butter and apples.
- Grapes, raspberries and walnuts.
